ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE:
1. Proceed to pay the review fee through bank deposit at the nearest BPI branch. You may also pay via Online Transfer (e.g. Instapay, major online banking apps).

We also accept payments via GCash. Just select "Bank Transfer" on the GCash App and select "BPI" as the partner bank.

Discount is available for all frontliners (less P500). Just upload your proof of employment on the enrollment form. Legend alumni also get a 50% discount. Only one discount applies. PLEASE PAY THE DISCOUNTED FEE ALREADY IF YOUR ARE AVAILING OF A DISCOUNT. No refunds will be given after enrollment.

3. Take a clear scan/picture of your deposit slip side by side with any valid ID and label the file as: "ASCP Review  [Last Name, First Name]"

4. Complete the Enrollment Form (https://forms.gle/zpbMgiaUFErgYEnE8). You will be asked to attach the picture/ scan of your deposit slip so be ready with the file. If you're availing of the frontliner discount, be ready with a photo of your proof of employment too.

NOTE: Please provide the correct email address in the online enrollment form to avoid inconvenience. Your registered email will also be the email that will be recognized in our Zoom meetings.
