ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE:
1. Proceed to pay the review fee (P1,500) through bank deposit at the nearest BPI branch. You may also pay via Online Transfer (e.g. Instapay, major online banking apps)

We also accept payments via GCash. Just select "Bank Transfer" on the GCash App and select "BPI" as the partner bank.

Discount is available for all government employees, including job order employees (less P500). Just upload your proof of employment on the enrollment form below (e.g. company ID, contract, etc.). Only the discounted amount should be paid already. Discount can only be availed during enrollment, not afterwards..

3. Take a clear scan/picture of your deposit slip side by side with any valid ID and label the file as: "CSE Review  [Last Name, First Name]"

4. Complete the Online Enrollment Form (https://forms.gle/HfPSCdiW1Q22urW89). You will be asked to attach the picture/ scan of your deposit slip so be ready with the file. If you're availing of the government employee discount, be ready with a photo of your proof of employment too.

NOTE: Please provide the correct email address in the online enrollment form to avoid inconvenience. Your registered email will also be the email that will be recognized in our Zoom meetings.

5. You will receive a copy of your responses shortly after enrollment. A separate welcome email will also be sent from us after registration. Should there be a delay, please do not hesitate to contact us through our Facebook page.
